3. Improve your state of mind. Anyone who has been around during the last fifty years knows that exercise increasing endorphins. Endorphins are produced by the pituitary gland and during any type of strenuous activity or excitement. Endorphins resemble opiates in their ability to produce a sense of well being. So, by exercising regularly or even semi regularly, it increasing the endorphins in your body which works to improve your mood overall and make you a much happier person day to day.
