Tip #2: Increase Exercise & Smaller Meals
This is widely known, but few people do it. Many people don't want to exercise when they go on a diet. Isn't a lake of exercise one of the things that helped you get overweight? Sure it is. Take it easy at first, then gradually work yourself harder. At the very least you should start walking more.
Smaller meals is also a great way to avoid overeating. Only eat to satisfy your hunger, then you can eat more again later.
