There are many people who love drinking a glass of vino for social occasions with their food and because they just like the taste of wine. Of course we can identify many other reasons for a glass of wine, but these are the two most well known reasons to talk about. Many of these people would prefer to have a red wine or a white wine. Still others will drink sweet wines or dry wines. While all of these people will merrily enjoy the taste of their wine, many of them will have no idea if they are truly drinking the proper variety.
