Many people feel their lives are stuck in neutral. They are treading water in their relationships and have lost their spiritual center and focus. This lack of spiritual centeredness leads to pain, anguish and frustration.

They struggle to find more from their lives. They don't know where to begin, or are afraid to take that first step to a new way of life.

Tori Hartman, intuitive counselor and consultant says, "Life is about adventure. That's the whole key. What's your adventure? What's your risk? Who are you? Who are you going to become? The best thing I can say to you is: What's your legacy? What do you want to leave for generations behind you? What are you? Who is your voice?"

Tori grew up in Greenwich Village during the 60's. She lived a very artistic life but spent a long time feeling alone and disconnected. She did not understand her life as an artist or creative person.

Ultimately, she reconnected with her spirit. She found her calling working with people to enrich, enlighten, and inspire them on their spiritual path.

She has developed proactive, realistic tips and strategies to help people find their spiritual center and connect with their inner source.

- Think of people who have hurt you the most. They are the ones who are your greatest teachers because they show you what to avoid. You know that you don't want to be like them and make choices away from that way of life.

- Go forward and live a life of self-empowerment. You can accomplish miracles when your spirit is in alignment. The answers are within you waiting to be revealed. Actively pray and actively work at creating what you want in your life.

- Design your life so you are happy. If you are not happy, life doesn't mean anything. Embrace what you want most in life, be passionate about it, and then you can create it.

- Be of service to others. It's all about what you can do for others to help them get what they need. When you help other people, it helps you get what you need. Everyone benefits.

- Commit to something. Throw your heart and soul into finding your direction in life. Use your energy to connect with the spirit that surrounds you.

- Put your intentions out into the universe. Whatever you think about, you bring about. The more you obsess over something; you will attract it into your life.

Learning to be of service and having faith will bring you to your center, giving your life the quiet and calm needed for happiness. When you are aligned with the spirit, anything is possible. You will create a life of your dreams and help others, as well.

There are five keys to setting intentions and creating what you desire in life:

1. Know what it is you truly desire.
2. Look at your belief structure. What do you truly believe? Beliefs can hold you back or propel you forward.
3. Clear your vessel. Meditate on who you are. You must know who you are in order to attract what you desire.
4. Let the spirit guide you to healing. Be willing to go through what it takes to heal and reach the next level.
5. Be determined to discover your calling. Allow yourself every opportunity to get there.

Give up your comfort zone and live a new proactive life. Your dreams will not just happen, you must create them. It is not a comfortable process; it is about taking a risk.

Take a leap of faith into changing your life, putting your entire soul into the process. You can have a spiritually rich life, finding the true purpose you have been searching for.

Don't be discouraged, quitting before your miracle can happen. Things will get hard, but stick to it. Use your passion to get you through the years to your final goal. Have faith in your spirit, meditate for inner calm and follow through, no matter how hard or how long it takes.
