Can this have some negative effects? Sure, but generally negativity will come from non team players who may have been able to "sneak under the radar" in the past but are now more accountable for their work time. Employers are realising that without a co-operative time management effort from staff, engendearing a good team spirit can often be futile.

2. Allow a certain amount of time during the day to work on your goals.
3. Record your efforts each day and review them weekly.
4. By doing this, you'll be able to determine how effective your time has been, whether you are devoting enough time to your goals or whether you are being distracted by irrelevant tasks.
