In the next 3 weeks participants in the first group who were told to imagine the process tend to remember to test their blood sugar more than the other two.

First of all play an imaginative mind game in the beginning of the day to keep track of the things you need to do through out the day. Secondly, be relaxed and stop to smell the roses that is literally take a break to be relaxed as that can boost your memory. Thirdly exercising your eyes daily help in memory retrieval and can help you retain words. A great way to boost your attention span is to breathe deeply and focus on the silence like a kind of daily meditation to increase the level of concentration.
