Even if you managed to salvage your relationship under this situation, he is not going to have any respect for you in the future.

3) Don't create coincidence

You know he will pass by DEF building on Friday and you intentionally wait for him there. You can pretend that this is a coincidence but it is unlikely to work. He will be able to see through your ploy. So avoid all temptation to do that.
