There are many factors involved that will determine whether you can get an ex back. Most probably, you are wondering if it is possible to get your ex back. From my experience, I have known people who may be in a worse situation than you, but managed to get back together after breaking up. For examples, those involve in affairs several times, long lost love etc.

In this article, we shall not discuss those factors that are beyond your control since you won't be able to do anything about it. Instead, we will talk about things that you have full control of.

These are what you must never do. Doing them can drastically affect your chances of getting back together with your ex.

1) Don't ever pester your ex

No one likes to be pestered. Let's imagine this scenario. If someone keeps on calling you, or sending you text messages several times per day, will you want to run away from that person as fast as you can? I am sure you will.

The reason why I mention this is because I know of many people who are doing that to their ex. Even though their ex didn't want to reply them, they just keep on persisting. This is considered one of the biggest mistakes that you can make. If you have already done that, then it is definitely time for you to stop now.

2) Don't say things that shouldn't be said

So, what are those things that shouldn't be said?

Well, things like "Don't leave me", "I need you", "Please stay", "Come back" etc. Just like what I mentioned above, put yourself in this situation again. Will you want to run away if someone said these things to you? Again, I believe you probably will.

This is another big mistake that people made.

3) Don't punish yourself

No matter how heart broken you are, try to be strong. Don't indulge in substances like drugs or alcohol. That will only make you less desirable and drastically reduce your chances of getting your ex back.

Instead, live life to the fullest. The next time you see your ex, you will be able to share these exciting details with her. For some reason, by living life to your fullest and acting as though you are not affected by the breakup, you suddenly become more desirable and will definitely increase your chances of getting back your ex.
