How to stop a break up? Well, in order to stop a break up, it is very important to know what should be done and what should be avoided at all cost. Very often, I realize that people do things that may seem logical. Unfortunately, those things that seem logical usually does not help them and actually spoil their chances of stopping their break up.

I have just broken up with my girlfriend. I tried contacting her several time but she never answer my call. I really wanted to get her back but how am I suppose to do that when I can't even reach her?

You may want to stop contacting her for the time being. First, it is obvious that she does not want to talk to you, at least for now. That is why she never answers your call. By persisting, it is unlikely that you can get through.

Furthermore, you are actually giving her a lot of pressure and it is very likely that she is going to avoid you even more. Another reason why you should not do that is because it makes you appear needy. You certainly do not want to be perceived as a needy guy.

Perhaps, the reason why you want to call her is to convince her not to break up with you. You may even promise her that you are willing to change for her sake. While this seems logical and is what most people will try to do, this simply doesn't work. Therefore, don't try to do it.

What you may want to consider doing is to send a text message instead. Tell her that you may have been too pushy, which is why she did not answer your call. Then say that you respect her wish not to be contacted and mentioned that perhaps both of you should not meet for the time being.

Both of you will need time to cool down. Tell her that you would like to meet her again after both of you have enough time to cool down. By being less pushy, it is more likely that she will have a more positive response.
